To create this loaf, we mill hard white wheat berries as our base flour.
We still just use 3 ingredients—flour, water, and salt—but melding a mix of flours allows for a loaf with a signature all its own.
We offer pickup on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. You can choose an available pickup day at checkout.
